History of some regional Azorean confectionery, especially the ones that are certified under the collective brand Artesanato dos Açores.
As immaterial heritage, Azorean confectionery is a reflection of its insularity.
It tells the history of certified sweets such as Massa Sovada, Bolos Lêvedos, Biscoitos de Orelha, D. Amélia, among others.
