Creative Residency 2018 Catalog
The Creative Residences project of the Regional Center for Handicrafts focuses on the innovation of the artisanal product, through its reinterpretation and refunctionalization in a perspective of its appreciation and adaptation to the current markets.
The 2018 residency was developed in partnership with textile designer Paula Caria, and took place on the island of São Jorge, with the artisans of the Handicraft Cooperative Senhora da Encarnação.
From this edition resulted in a clothing collection, fashion accessories and household goods, in weaving.
