Creative Residency 2017 Catalog
The Creative Residences project of the Regional Center for Handicrafts focuses on the innovation of the artisanal product, through its reinterpretation and refunctionalization in a perspective of its appreciation and adaptation to the current markets.
The 2017 residency was developed in partnership with product designer Susana António, and took place on the island of Terceira, with the artisans Susana and José Almeida and Francisco Pereira.
From this edition resulted in a collection of pieces of wood cutouts and inlays.
