The Secretaria Regional da Juventude, Qualificação Profissional e Emprego, through the Centro de Artesanato e Design dos Açores (CADA), will promote, from December 1st to 5th, the “Expo Açores Artesanato” at the Pavilhão do Mar, in Ponta Delgada.
The initiative, the first post-pandemic, which aims to value regional handicrafts and boost the sale of products from the various participating Handicraft Production Units (UPA), will feature a commercial component from the Marca Açores brand.
Thus, the exhibition, which has free entry, includes 54 stands available for handicraft companies and six gastronomic spaces for the Marca Açores brand.
In addition to the wokshops and a diversified set of entertainment activities, both inside and outside the venue, the event also aims to give visibility to products certified under the collective brand Artesanato dos Açores.
The event will be open to the public from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm on December 1st and 4th, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm on December 2nd and 3rd, and from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm on December 5th.
