Joana Aguiar da Rosa, born in the island of Terceira, has had a taste for drawing, painting and crafts in general since she was little. In her street, with a pencil and some papper, she drew the neighbors houses. At just 8 years old, she made her first cross-stitch work, but it was in 2017 that she discovered her love for biscuit (cold porcelain). Self-taught, she developed her technique and the more she worked the paste the more she fell in love with it. With this paste she makes various personalized works, such as candles, cake toppers, key rings, pens, figurines, cribs, among others.
The process of making all the pieces is manual, with great precision and attention to detail so that her work has an excellent quality and finish.
