Beer

It comprises the production of beer in production units that meet the following starting requirements:

Hold a single fiscal production warehouse; have an installed production capacity of less than 10,000 HL per year;

Production is carried out from cereal grains, using artisanal processes, which go through the following phases and the use of the following ingredients:

Grinding of cereal grains mainly barley or wheat. Brazing (heating the granulate in water at different temperature levels, to activate the enzymes, solubilize and extract the sugars). Filtration to remove organic tissues; boiling.
