Wine Brandies

Preparation, aging of wine spirits.

Aged wine brandy is a drink with a high alcohol content obtained through the distillation of wine and subsequent aging in contact with wood. This aging is traditionally carried out in wooden barrels. Using containers involves a time-consuming and expensive process. The wine distillate, the wood used in aging and all the interactions that exist throughout the spirit production process are the source of the volatile odorous compounds that make the spirit a drink with high aromatic complexity.
