Biography:

Lisandra Silva learned from an early age the art of weaving with her mother and with her the whole cycle of flax and wool, from the production and treatment of the raw material to the final product.

Her work is particularly expressive in quilts woven in linen or cotton of high stitch, using geometric designs that stylize motifs of a symbolic character, faithful to the tradition of the typical bedspreads of S. Jorge.
