Biography:

She grew up seeing her father working on wicker, but it was with a neighbor that she learned how to make the typical countess baskets. About 30 years ago, she began to make baskets like the ones her father made, used mainly in agriculture. In a dynamic approach to the handicraft of Santa Maria, she opened the Santa Maria Handicraft Workshop that serves as atelier and sales stand. She participated in the project Residências Criativas do Artesanato of 2015, promoted by CRAA.
