Biography:

At the age of 15 she participated in a course at the Museum of Horta, learning to work the fig tree kernel. She is a great ambassadress of the art of working the fig tree kernel. She has participated in several fairs in Portugal and abroad. Always handling the tiny transparent blades of the fragile plant fiber, in her work we can find frameworks with elaborate floral arrangements that replicate marigolds, camellias, as well as miniatures of whaling boats and Christmas cribs.
