Biography:

Son of Lucília Goulart, he created conditions to exhibit and sell the lace from Pico, made by his mother, when he opened in 2001 the handicrafts store PicoArtes. In this handicraft production unit, the traditional lace of the island of Pico stands out, characterized by floral, geometric and figurative elements, which give rise to several pieces of domestic and decorative utility. Among the many orders, we can highlight the lace pieces designed for the fine artist, Joana Vasconcelos.
