The Centro de Artesanato e Design dos Açores is aware that the information provided by citizens, particularly their personal data, lack adequate privacy protection.

The Centro de Artesanato e Design dos Açores requests and collects information from citizens’ personal data in a clear and objective way through their websites. Typology of Personal Data
The personal data subject to treatment by the Centro de Artesanato e Design dos Açores at artesanato.azores.gov.pt site has the purpose (s) of providing one or several service (s) to promote and disseminate certified handicraft products. The Crafts and Design Center of the Azores is an executive service of the Regional Secretariat for Youth, Professional Qualification and Employment, which is responsible for the implementation of regional policy in the areas of development and appreciation of traditional products, namely regional handicrafts and handicraft production units, professional training and the coordination of multifunctional initiatives with development in the local environment. CADA develops a consistent and diversified annual plan, working on four areas that are considered fundamental: Research / Certification, Training, Artisan Support and Promotion. The development of these areas involves certification of products, publications, organization of exhibitions, promotion of workshops and support to artisans, in particular through the incentive system, provided by it.
The personal data requested are: name, address, telephone numbers and email.
Violation of personal data
In the event of violation of personal data, the National Data Protection Commission (NDPC) or other data protection control authority that is legally constituted will be alerted in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

The websites of the Crafts and Design Center of the Azores are developed according to current technology.
