Biography:

Mário Medeiros creates a variety of wooden objects such as lamps, tableware, furniture and other unique pieces that can be used in everyday life or in the decoration of spaces. His pieces have a delicate aesthetic, inspired by natural elements of the islands, inviting to the observation and the pleasant tactile contact of the wood. He preferably uses endogenous wood from the Azores. Reusing wood is also part of his creative process. Mário Medeiros studied at Barcelona having a bachelor's degree as a senior technician in the development of carpentry and furniture products.
