Biography:

Maria Olívia Leite is heir to the family recipe of the famous "Queijadas da Vila", which constitute the most emblematic sweet of the island of São Miguel. Created from a centuries-old recipe, “Queijadas da Vila” are smooth, juicy and sweet, with a long tradition and high quality.
All of her experience comes from the confection of this traditional sweet during her youth in Vila Franca do Campo. Currently she has her own production in the parish of Arrifes.
