The "Queijadas Vila Baleeira” (Whaling Village cake), the “Bolo Baleeiro” (Whaler’s cake), the "Biscoitos de Lava (Lava Biscuits) and the "Queijada do Pico” (Pico’s cake)," are the names given to these delicacies that are manufactured with the typical products of the island: wine, honey and cheese.
