The Casa de Artesanato da Fajã dos Vimes (Handicraft House of Fajã dos Vimes), with over 30 years of existence, belongs to the sisters Alzira and Carminda Nunes, dedicated to the weaving in “ponto alto” (high point).
This house is a reference not only in the island’s Handicraft, but also of all the Azores.
Those who visit the house are dazzled with its huge quilts made in linen and wool, in bright colors.
Weaving certified by the Brand Artesanato dos Açores (Handicraft of the Azores).
